Throttle & Iron Sponsorship Agreement

By submitting this form, you agree to sponsor the Throttle & Iron Podcast, produced and operated by Throttle & Iron LLC.

Founding Sponsor Package – $500

• Sponsor mention at the beginning of four (4) podcast episodes
• One mid-roll host-read sponsor segment during each sponsored episode
• Sponsor name and website link included in the episode description
• One social media mention per sponsored episode

Episode Sponsor – $200

• Sponsor mention at the beginning of one (1) podcast episode
• One mid-roll host-read sponsor segment
• Sponsor name and website link included in the episode description

General Terms

Payment must be successfully completed before any sponsored episode is scheduled or aired.

Throttle & Iron LLC retains full editorial control over all podcast content and advertising placements. Sponsor talking points may be edited for clarity, length, or alignment with the show while maintaining the intended message.

To maintain authenticity and listener trust, Throttle & Iron limits the number of sponsorship placements per season. Sponsorship opportunities may close once available slots are filled.

Sponsor content may be disclosed during podcast episodes, video versions of the podcast, or in episode descriptions using language such as:

“This episode is sponsored by [Sponsor Name].”

Sponsor Approval

All sponsorship submissions are subject to review and approval by Throttle & Iron LLC. Throttle & Iron reserves the right to decline sponsorships that conflict with the values of the show, promote inappropriate or misleading products or services, or otherwise do not align with the motorcycle community.

If a sponsorship submission is declined before the sponsored episode airs, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Policy

If Throttle & Iron LLC declines a sponsorship prior to airing the sponsored episode, the sponsor will receive a full refund. Once a sponsored episode has aired or sponsor promotion has begun, sponsorship payments become non-refundable.

By checking the agreement box and providing a signature below, the sponsor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this sponsorship agreement.
