1. Assumption of Risk. I understand motorcycling and group riding involve inherent risks, including but not limited to collisions, road hazards, weather, mechanical failures, wildlife, debris, and actions of other riders and drivers. I voluntarily assume all risks of participation, known and unknown.
2. Rider Responsibility. I represent that I am properly licensed, physically and mentally fit to ride, and will operate my motorcycle safely and lawfully. I will wear legally required safety equipment and follow ride leader instructions.
3. Release of Liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I release and discharge Throttle & Iron, ride leaders, volunteers, sponsors, venues, and affiliated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from my participation, including personal injury, death, or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
4. Indemnification. I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the released parties from claims brought by me, my family, estate, or any third party arising from my participation.
5. Medical Authorization. If I am injured or become ill during the event, I authorize emergency medical treatment as deemed necessary. I accept full responsibility for medical costs.
6. Media Release. I grant Throttle & Iron and its partners permission to capture and use my name, image, voice, and likeness in photos, video, and audio for promotional and editorial use without compensation.
7. Rules and Removal. I agree to comply with all event rules and applicable laws. Organizers may remove me from the event for unsafe behavior, impairment, or noncompliance.
8. No Warranty. Event routes, stops, and timing are provided for convenience only and may change at any time. No guarantee is made as to road conditions, fuel availability, weather, or suitability.
9. Severability and Governing Law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. This agreement is governed by applicable law.
10. Acknowledgment. I have read this waiver, understand it, and agree voluntarily. I understand I am waiving substantial legal rights.

Passenger Requirement: If I register a passenger, I confirm the passenger has reviewed this waiver and has separately accepted it where required by the registration form.
