Throttle and Iron Rides Liability Rider Waiver

Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

I understand that participating in Throttle and Iron Rides involves inherent risks associated with motorcycle riding, including but not limited to those arising from other riders, road conditions, or environmental factors. These risks include the potential for serious injury or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release and hold harmless Throttle and Iron, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation.

Rider Responsibility

I certify that I possess a valid motorcycle license, and my motorcycle is in safe operating condition. I will ride responsibly, obey all applicable traffic laws, and follow the directions of any ride leader. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my safety during the ride and agree not to hold Throttle and Iron responsible for any incidents that may occur.
