Thank you for shopping with Throttle and Iron. Because each item is custom-made through our trusted print-on-demand partners (such as Printify and Printful), we carefully review every order before production. Please read our policy below before placing your order.
📦 All Sales Are Final
All products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items such as wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check all details before submitting your order.
✅ Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Return Window: Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund for a defective or damaged product.
Return Shipping: If an item is confirmed defective or misprinted, Throttle and Iron covers all return or replacement shipping costs.
Exchanges: Because each product is made to order, we do not offer exchanges for size or color changes.

- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once approved, a replacement or refund will be issued promptly.
📬 Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us. We’ll work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partners to locate or replace your order.

- Incorrect address provided at checkout
