I understand that riding as a passenger on a motorcycle during the Throttle and Iron Rides involves inherent risks, including but not limited to serious injury or death. I voluntarily accept these risks and agree to hold harmless Throttle & Iron, its ride leaders, affiliates, and the motorcycle operator from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for injuries, losses, or damages arising from my participation. I affirm that I am willingly participating as a passenger, and I acknowledge responsibility for my own safety and decision to ride.
