Indian Motorcycle of Cincinnati Closes: RideNow Group Consolidation Hits Local Riders

Indian Motorcycle of Cincinnati Closes Permanently

Indian Motorcycle of Cincinnati, located on Dixie Highway in Fairfield, OH, has officially closed its doors. The dealership, which operated for only about a year, is now marked “Permanently Closed” on Google, and its Facebook page has been removed.

The closure was confirmed to IMRG members this week, leaving many in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area without their local dealership.

From RumbleOn to RideNow Group

Indian Motorcycle of Cincinnati was operated under the RideNow Powersports banner, which became part of RumbleOn, Inc. in 2021. In August 2025, RumbleOn rebranded to RideNow Group, Inc., relocating its headquarters to Chandler, Arizona, and changing its stock ticker symbol to RDNW.

While the rebrand was positioned as a way to unify dealerships nationwide, it has also resulted in consolidations and closures — including Cincinnati’s Indian Motorcycle dealership.

The Impact on Riders

Although the Fairfield dealership was only open for about a year, it quickly became a point of connection for local Indian Motorcycle riders. In that short time, it hosted demo events, supported IMRG activities, and provided sales and service to the community. Its sudden closure leaves a noticeable gap for riders in the Cincinnati market who valued having a nearby Indian Motorcycle location.

The Good News: RideNKY and Iron Pony

Even with Cincinnati’s dealership gone, riders still have two strong options nearby:

Together, these locations ensure that riders in the Cincinnati area still have reliable dealerships for sales, service, and community events.

Closing Thoughts

The closure of Indian Motorcycle of Cincinnati marks the end of a short chapter for local riders. While the Fairfield location was only open for about a year, it still left its mark by providing demo events, IMRG rides, and service support during its brief run.

With RideNKY in Florence and Iron Pony in Columbus, riders still have trusted partners nearby to keep them on the road. The dealership may be closed, but the roads — and the spirit of riding — remain wide open.
