Throttle & Iron — Podcast Guest Appearance Release

In consideration of the opportunity to appear as a guest on a podcast produced by Throttle and Iron LLC (“Producer”), and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which I acknowledge, I (the “Guest”) agree as follows:

1. Grant of Rights. I grant Producer and its successors, assigns, and licensees the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and permission to record, film, photograph, edit, reproduce, exhibit, distribute, stream, broadcast, and otherwise use my name, voice, image, likeness, photograph, performance, personality, biographical information, and any statements or contributions I make (collectively, the “Materials”), in whole or in part, in connection with the podcast and its promotion, advertising, and related products, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity.
2. Ownership. All recordings and the resulting episode(s) are and shall remain the sole property of Producer, which may use, edit, or decline to use them in its sole discretion. I have no right to approve the final content.
3. No Compensation. I understand and agree that I will not receive any payment, royalty, or other compensation for my appearance or for Producer’s use of the Materials.
4. Editing. I understand my appearance may be edited, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the use to which it may be applied.
5. Release of Claims. I release and hold harmless Producer, its officers, members, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or liability arising out of or in connection with the recording or use of the Materials, including without limitation claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, false light, or infringement of moral rights.
6. My Warranties. I represent that my statements and contributions are truthful to the best of my knowledge, are my own, and do not infringe the rights of any third party or disclose confidential or proprietary information of others.
7. Age & Authority. I am at least 18 years of age (or a parent/guardian is executing this release on my behalf) and have full authority to enter into this agreement.
8. Entire Agreement. This release is the entire agreement between me and Producer regarding my appearance, may be modified only in writing, and is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
