Delete Your Throttle & Iron Account

Throttle & Iron users can request deletion of their account and associated app data at any time.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account from inside the Throttle & Iron app:

1. Open the Throttle & Iron app.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Go to Profile.
4. Open Account / Settings.
5. Choose Delete Account.
6. Confirm the deletion request.

If you cannot access the app, email us at support@throttleandiron.com with the subject line “Delete My Account” and include the email address connected to your Throttle & Iron account.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize account-related app data, including:

• Your Throttle & Iron community profile
• Garage bikes
• Posts and comments
• Reactions and community activity
• Saved app account data connected to your user profile

What may be retained

Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, payment, or business recordkeeping reasons. For example, purchase, membership, or transaction records may be retained as required by payment processors or applicable law.

Membership cancellation

Deleting your account is separate from canceling a paid membership or subscription. If you have an active membership, you should also cancel it through the platform where you purchased it, such as Google Play, Apple, or the Throttle & Iron website.
