You can also add the link later — the agreement stands either way.

Commercial music can trigger YouTube Content ID claims when rebroadcast — flagging it up front protects both channels.

By checking this box and signing below, I confirm and agree that: (1) I own the content I am sharing, or control the rights needed to share it; (2) I grant Throttle & Iron LLC a NON-EXCLUSIVE, worldwide permission to rebroadcast the content described in this form on the Throttle & Iron TV network — including the 24/7 channel, live streams and related replays — with on-screen credit; (3) I keep full ownership of my content — this is permission to air it, not a transfer of rights; (4) I can revoke this permission at any time by written notice to Throttle & Iron, and airing will stop within 7 days; (5) Throttle & Iron may display its channel overlay and branding on screen while my content airs, and its streams may include promotions; (6) my content does not infringe anyone else's rights, and I have flagged any licensed music it contains.
