Throttle & Iron Beta Confidentiality and Access Agreement

By applying for and/or using this beta program, you acknowledge and agree that Throttle & Iron beta materials are private and confidential.

Confidential information includes, but is not limited to:

  • app features, screens, flows, and unreleased tools
  • website/admin features and beta workflows
  • test links, invite links, TestFlight/Android beta access details
  • login methods, onboarding instructions, and support discussions
  • screenshots, screen recordings, photos, videos, and written descriptions
  • performance, bugs, roadmap items, and internal communications

You agree that you will not:

  • share screenshots, recordings, or private beta information publicly
  • repost beta details to social media, forums, Discord, Reddit, or group chats
  • share access links, invite links, credentials, or private instructions
  • distribute or discuss unreleased features outside approved channels

You understand:

  • this is unfinished beta software and may contain bugs, downtime, or incomplete features
  • access is provided at Throttle & Iron’s discretion and may be revoked at any time
  • violation of this agreement may result in immediate removal from beta access

  • you have read and understand this agreement
